Michelin Restaurant Kadeau
Since 2015, the heart of Kadeau Copenhagen** has been a bespoke kitchen from Garde Hvalsøe made in exquisite materials such as oak and copper and equipped with all the tools of the trade, including a wood-fired oven. The kitchen is the centrepiece of this Michelin restaurant, and diners have a front-row seat when the talented chefs bring the open kitchen to life in the name of gastronomy. Garde Hvalsøe also produced head chef and founder Nicolai Nørregaard’s private Copenhagen kitchen.
