Hand-Crafted Kitchen in The Lab

For one of the big studios in The Lab, which rents space to design companies and for photo shoots, among other purposes, we produced a bespoke kitchen that matches the raw, industrial setting while adding a natural, warm tone. The kitchen is based on the Japanese-inspired OEO model and thus unites Japanese aspects and details with Danish craftsmanship. The drawer sections are clad with vertical slats in solid oak and separated by vertical raw-steel bars – a detail that is repeated in the tall cabinet section and which adds both gravity and character.
