Kadeau Test Kitchen
Behind the main kitchen at Kadeau Copenhagen, a space for focus and development has taken shape. Designed in close collaboration with Head Chef Nicolai Nørregaard, this bespoke test kitchen is a natural continuation of the long-standing partnership between Garde Hvalsøe and the two-Michelin-starred restaurant.
The collaboration began in 2015 with the design of Kadeau’s main kitchen. The test kitchen reflects the same shared commitment – a space shaped by rhythm, refinement, and enduring quality.
