René Redzepi’s Kitchen

The man behind the world-renowned Michelin restaurant noma*** in Copenhagen leaves nothing to chance – and this meticulous attention to detail is reflected in the hand-crafted kitchen in his home. The construction and design were created in close collaboration between René Redzepi, his wife, cookbook author Nadine Redzepi, and Garde Hvalsøe. The entire process was driven by the same uncompromising dedication that permeates the acclaimed noma restaurant. The beautiful oil-finished oak in Redzepi’s private Copenhagen kitchen complements the century-old exposed beams in the building in the city’s historic Christianshavn district.
