Coffee Collective

It is essential for Garde Hvalsøe that a kitchen carrying our signature can stand up to the wear and tear of everyday life. The Coffee Collective in Copenhagen’s market halls, Torvehallerne, is open seven days a week for a total of 86 hours, and on busy days, it brews close to a thousand cups of sublime coffee. The bespoke hand-crafted Copenhagen kitchen in elmwood and granite is constructed in exactly the same way as all the kitchens we install in private homes – and we are proud to note that it is just as beautiful today as when it left our hands more than ten years ago.
